Relocation Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Japanese bilingual candidate for our Relocation Coordinator position. Entry level welcome. Training will be provided.

· Title:　Relocation Coordinator

· Location:　Seatac, WA / Greater Seattle Area

· Salary:　$18/hr DOE

· Type:　Full-time, Direct Hire

· Entry level welcome. Training will be provided.

· No Visa Support

· If you are able to work on the weekend either Saturday or Sunday, it is a big plus.

QUALIFICATION

· Japanese/English (read, write, speak, and Japanese business etiquette knowledge)

· Must be interested in a career in Relocation support

· 1+ year(s) of sales or customer service experience preferred

· Must have driver's license and own vehicle to use for work

JOB DUTIES

· Communicating with clients on timelines

· Estimating the cost and preparing shipping documents

· Visiting client site and providing the careful support to the client

· Coordinating the schedule with movers and supporting the shipping procedures.
