Export Operator - Jamaica, NY

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery with Japan office and US customers via email and phone, and obtaining documents for customs clearance.
• Creating documents through GoFreight system
• Booking request to airlines and shipping companies, and sending documents as necessary.
• Labeling work at the warehouse, including packing and inspecting stuff.
• Submit warehouse inventory list to customers
• issue the invoices and ensure the whole process is closed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fright Forwarder, especially Export operation is strongly preferred.
• Japanese skill is a big plus
