- Checking the vessel's operating status and movements.
- Preparing and sending voyage instructions and appointments with port agents.
- Invoicing freight to charterers and arranging remittance to port agents, etc.
- Communicate with vessel captains and port agents via telephone and e-mail regarding voyages

- Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Excel etc.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Working experience of office environment.
