業務
- Responsible for answering customers’ questions.
- Machine trouble shooting
- Create the parts quote and back order for customer, invoice and prepare shipping.
- Arrange and go to business trip to customer site for both domestic and international.
- Collect money from passed due invoices
- Check and count inventory for parts.
- Bring parts and drop off parts to third-party logistics companies.
- Communicate with JPN HQ office to back order parts
- Help other department for machine installation and modification.
応募資格
- Associates degree.
- Japanese and/or Spanish skill is a big plus.
- Entry level is welcome.
