Responsible for the preparation and testing of products, including purchasing ingredients, machine set up, quality control.
Correspond to customer’s questions/claims about anything technical.
Arrange packing and shipping of samples, machines and parts.
Ensure all lab machines, equipment, supplies, ingredients, and area are kept clean and organized.
Frequent traveling for the installation of equipment and inspection of machines, products, processes.
Attend exhibitions, local seminars, etc. when necessary to showcase company products.
Order ingredients, supplies, etc.
up to 60% business trip both domestically and internationally.
