Responsibilities
- Develop strong and respectful relationships with all customers.
- Manage revenue, trade spend and SG&A budgets to annual targets.
- Lead development of full year and quarterly marketing plans and execution strategies.
- Respectful and effective broker management.
- Utilize market/data intelligence to optimize brand sales, SKU success, and trade spend efficiency and brand profit targets, turning insights into action.
- Profitably expand depth and breadth of brand (ACV and SKU penetration) as well as brand share through strategic promotional and pricing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese(speak, read, write).
- 7 to 10 years of sales experience in the food industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
- Travel expectations of up to 50-60%.
