IT Engineer (Entry ~ Associate level) - New York, NY

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and operation of the company’s network in US offices, working with external network vendor
• Configure hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users
• Identify and explore new technologies which will help enhance the overall IT function
• Maintain and create documentation with an eye for improving processes
• Develop contingency plans in case of network failure

Qualifications

• knowledge on the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Help Desk support
• knowledge of setup, installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software.
• Japanese language skill in professional proficiency.
