- Lead maintenance and operation of the company’s network in US offices, working with external network vendor
- Configure hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for computer network users
- Identify and explore new technologies which will help enhance the overall IT function
- Maintain and create documentation with an eye for improving processes
- Develop contingency plans in case of network failure
応募資格
- knowledge on the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of Help Desk support
- knowledge of setup, installation, configuration, and deployment of hardware and software.
- Japanese language skill in professional proficiency.
