業務
- Direct end-to-end supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with customers, suppliers, forwarders/couriers, 3PL warehouses, and the Headquarters in Japan.
- Establish process flows for new business initiatives and continuously optimize supply chain operations to enhance logistics QCD (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
- Build and lead a supply chain team, providing structured training to maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain a safe working environment while overseeing overall office operations.
- Execute operations in full compliance with relevant industry regulations, legal standards, and company policies.
- Ensure strict adherence to international import/export laws and customs regulations, staying
- updated on regulatory changes.
応募資格
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain management
- Experience in supply chain, procurement, and distribution industry is preferred.
- Japanese (for HQ communication) is a plus.
