通関業務/輸入担当 - ジョージア州アトランタ市

業務

• Coordinate air and ocean import shipments from arrival through final delivery
• Prepare shipment files and process ISF filings
• Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers
• Communicate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and customers
• Complete billing and invoice processing in a timely manner
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding import shipments and customs-related matters
• Maintain shipment records and documentation
• Ensure all shipments are handled accurately and efficiently

応募資格

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or import operations preferred
• Experience with air import and/or ocean import operations
• Knowledge of Customs Entry procedures, ISF, AMS, and import documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
