業務
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Coordinate order status and logistics with internal teams.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
- Visit customer sites to perform inventory checks and maintain inventory levels.
- Order, process, and deliver inventory as needed.
- Track inventory data and maintain accurate Excel spreadsheets.
- Create, update, and analyze inventory reports using Excel.
- Handle inventory items weighing up to 15 lbs.
応募資格
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Inventory Control, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data management and spreadsheet creation.
- Japanese-English bilingual skills are a big plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites (up to approximately 3 hours round trip).
