業務

• Lead and oversee all store operations, including sales performance, customer service, inventory control, and staff management.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard employees to build and maintain a high‑performing team.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, merchandising standards, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Analyze sales data and retail KPIs to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
