輸出入オペレーター - カリフォルニア州バーリンゲーム

業務

• Negotiating booking rates, inputting data into computer system regarding shipments
• Handling Customs paperwork
• Processing and sending all necessary documentation to the proper locations to facilitate Customs clearance; and by processing payment and initiating billing procedures on each file
• Performing traces to assure on-time delivery of freight to all customers
• Reporting on all customer incidents quickly to eliminate problems

応募資格

• B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent experience
• Japanese language proficiency is a big plus
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and/or government regulations in English
• Must be able to use a computer and such applications as Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel
• Required to sit, talk, listen, stand, walk, use hands to pick up, handle or feel and reach with arms. Occasionally, need to kneel or crouch.
