業務
- Serve as the primary customer contact for quality-related issues and corrective actions
- Lead customer complaint investigations and problem-solving activities (8D, Red-X, CAPA)
- Support APQP activities and prepare PPAP submissions for new launches and engineering changes
- Coordinate customer requirements, quality documentation, and launch readiness activities
- Manage supplier quality performance, audits, and corrective actions
- Support ISO 9001 compliance, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze quality metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality
応募資格
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment, especially experience with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers is big plus.
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, Customer Quality, and Supplier Quality
- Knowledge of automotive quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA)
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
