Treasury Specialist - サンタフェスプリングス、南カリフォルニア

業務

• Maintain daily cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements
• Identify and mitigate financial risks related to liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rates etc.
• Corresponds with bank reps to ensure all required bank documents are timely submitted
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure proper recording of transactions
• Ensure timely completion of account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
• Maintain daily cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements, including maintaining currency futures contracts
• Corresponds with bank reps to ensure all required bank documents are timely submitted
• Work with external auditors and Assistant Controller to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end in accordance with US GAAP
• Ensure existing internal controls are operating effectively as designed
• Support Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements
• Any support duty assigned

応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting related field or equivalent experience
• Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Minimum four years’ experience dealing with financial institutions
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook, and Accounting related software required
• Must be able to embrace changes, adaptable and flexible, and meet deadlines.
