フィールドサービスエンジニア

業務

• Responds to service calls including emergency calls from customers in a timely manner
• Performs installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on company's products at customer sites
• Inspects and evaluates customer usage of company's products
• Provides trainings and application support on company's products to customers
• Submits various reports, such as service reports, weekly report, and expense report to management
• Receives follow-up and additional training on Company products in Japan
• Supports sales activities and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers

応募資格

• Japanese/English bilingual strongly preferred
• Previous experience as an FSE in the semiconductor industry preferred
• Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred
• 6 months of travel for training required(domestic and international)
• Flexibility to travel to both client sites in Phoenix and Chandler as needed
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and nights as needed
