#31461 Quality Assurance Manager - Irvine, CA

業務

• Responsible for food safety as SQF practitioner and PCQI
• Manage quality assurance staff and associates to meet organizational quality goals
• Perform root cause analysis of errors and discrepancies and implement corrective measures and processes
• Develop food standards and production specifications according to food safety standard
• Supervise the finished products and/or work in process meet all related standards and customer requirements to shipment and/or to proceed with next production process
• Monitor food safety programs to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and maintain, review and control R&D/QA documentations and assist with preparation and management of the third party and customer audits; ensure departmental files are current and available for inspection at all times

応募資格

• 5 years + of experience in a quality assurance environment, including experience in a leadership role
• Japanese/English bilingual
• Leadership skills, to manage cross-functional projects and teams
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Team player
