Business Data Analyst

業務

• Retrieve sales and forecast data from various systems and prepare it for wider consumption using data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Access, SAP).
• Transform data into reports, charts, presentations
• Develop and implement new processes to strengthen data accuracy
• Provide semi-annual revenue reports to management
• Provide essential support for the development of the annual sales plan
• Maintain various masters across multiple database software such as SAP Oasis, SharePoint, and CRM
• Coordinate, attend and support Bi-monthly Sales Meetings
• Any support duties as assigned

応募資格

• BA degree or equivalent; Two or more years of data analyst, and administrative assistant experience
• Skills in database mining and analysis
• Skills and experience working with large amounts of data with the ability to quickly sort through information and analyze critical factors
• Knowledge of and skill in computer software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, CRM, and SharePoint)
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, team player
