Japanese Bilingual Human Resource Manager - Houston, TX

業務

• Implement, enhance, and align HR operations and change management initiatives smoothly in compliance with organizational goals.
• Recommend HR operations continuous improvement procedures based on metrics and data
• Train HR staff and support ongoing learning and development
• Responsible for maintaining HR operations calendar, manage key deadlines and milestones
• Coordinate and plan HR processes
• Provide reports and analysis on HR operation timelines and performance
• Manage compliance of employee benefits programs in collaboration with legal counsel, internal stakeholders, and external consultants
• Responsible for assisting in payroll processing when required
• Conduct trainings for HR and finance teams on payroll and benefits
• Assist in employment record keepings, reporting and HR analytic reports

応募資格

• 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, system integrations and change management
• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field, Master’s Degree is a plus
• Japanese Bilingual language level preferred
• SHRM certification preferred
• Experience with employee benefits compliance and program administration
• Experience with HRIS
• Experience working with a multi state and/or international company
• Strong knowledge in state employee benefits laws and regulations
