Inventory Planning Analyst

業務

• Facilitate the approval process for system requisitions, purchase orders and invoices.
• Manage on-going projects with proactive communication and ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables.
• Advise management of opportunity to improve cost, performance or process using facts, research, and analysis.
• Manage the SKU-rationalization and excess inventory reporting.
• All hands assistance as backup to other members of the department as needed.

応募資格

• Bachelors degree.
• Minimum 5 years of previous experience in purchasing, inventory management, administration, and office experiences.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications; ability to use Oracle ERP system.
• Experience in handling various multiple projects in inventory planning with excellent customer service approach.
• Japanese Bilingual (Writing/Reading/Speaking/Listening) in Business Level.
