Corporate Planning Manager - Los Angeles, CA

業務

• Creating and implementing business planning processes
• Managing teams, supervising business operations, designing strategic plans based on forecasts, and providing improvement recommendations
• Work closely with CFO, supporting dairy activities of Accounting, Finance and Human Resource Dept.
• Guide the development of key performance indicators in order to monitor progress of projects that implement the Corporate/Depart Business Plan
• Review strategic, corporate and departmental business plans regularly to ensure that tasks and milestones are being achieved in a timely manner, and that preparation of governance reports, project status reports, presentations, agendas etc. are completed

応募資格

• 5+ years minimum experience in corporate planning or relating job
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience and knowledge in Accounting and Finance
• Working knowledge of applying federal, state & local employment and benefits laws/regulations to various employee and business situations, is a plus
• Bilingual in Japanese; read/write/speaking proficiency for frequent communication with Japan HQ
