業務
- Manage client discovery projects through all elements of the discovery cycle.
- Control client contact information and maintain primary relationships with clients.
- Advise clients on best methods for discovery and review.
- Facilitate client support for questions related to projects and technology.
- Develop criteria for project scoping and consult with clients.
- Escalate project or client issues to Director or senior PM to promptly resolve.
- Perform additional tasks as required of the role.
応募資格
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a project management role or capacity, in eDiscovery or law industry.
- BA in business or related discipline.
- PMP certification in preferred.
- Proven proficiency and knowledge of hosting and review eDiscovery platforms and other technology as required and provide training and support to clients as required.
- Ability to travel to and from various company offices or client sites when necessary or required by management or client.
- Ability to provide excellent internal and external Customer Service.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal with strong presentation skills.
