Quality Assurance Supervisor

業務

• Supervise and direct QA technicians to enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other quality related policies to meet product quality standards.
• Review Production Records and other manufacturing-related documents.
• Audit quality control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished products.
• Follow-up with implemented programs.
• Assist in the coordination of testing results.
• Any support duties as assigned.

応募資格

• Bachelor’s degree of science preferably in Food Science or Food Technology or related field (Meat Science, Biology, Microbiology, Food Microbiology, etc.).
• HACCP Certification, Allergen Control Training, Food Recall Training and/or Preventive Controls Qualified Individual Certification is a plus.
• At least two (2) years of work experience as a quality assurance technician in fresh food or beverage and at least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Detail-oriented, team player
• A good knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/ Excel
