Japanese Bilingual Logistics and Sales Coordinator

業務

• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments by coordinating with warehouse staff.
• Oversee inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting periodic checks, and updating inventory records in the system.
• Process product orders, sales reports and assist vendors.
• Clerical and Administrative support for Inside Sales operations.
• Liaise with shipping companies and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and transport of goods.
• Handle email correspondence in Japanese and English with clients, vendors, and the head office in Japan, ensuring timely and professional communication.

応募資格

• Japanese skill is a must.
• Previous experience in Inside Sales, Semiconductor or other related fields.
• BA degree or equivalent.
