Location: San Jose, CA/San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: 65-90k

Responsibilities

  • Oversees dining room and kitchen food service activities.
  • Supervises employees in accordance with operating policies and standards.
  • Maintains records of personnel performance and restaurant costs.
  • Ensures all health, safety, sanitation and security standards are followed.
  • Schedules and supervises employees to ensure proper execution of company standards and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a management position or minimum of 5 years working in service industry or a Bachelor degree in related fields.
  • A profound knowledge of restaurant operations preferably for both front of the house and back of the house operations.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and weekends and holidays.
