Position: Product Planning Supervisor
Location: Orange County, NY
Salary: $80k - $95k (DOE)
Status: Full time, Direct hire
Working Hour: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (7 hrs/day)

Responsibilities
- Prepare bank Account reconciliations and general journal entries.
- Monitor cash balance, check and checkbox handling and aging reports.
- Review transactions and trial balances.
- Maintain master data, fixed assets and prepared expenses amortization schedules.
- Prepare financial statements, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with audits and support management in tasks related to budgeting and forecasting.
- Process invoices, payments, transfers.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable.
- Experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains required.
- Strong knowledge of Excel / Microsoft office.
- 2+ years of experience with bookkeeping preferred.
- SAP concur experience a plus.
- Minimum of AA or AS degree preferred.
