Inside Sales Representative/Manufacturing experience required

Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President in managing and coordinating existing customer accounts and ongoing business operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure stable supply and high customer satisfaction.
• Handle RFQs, prepare quotations, and support pricing analysis to meet profitability targets.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to achieve cost competitiveness while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and inventory with both domestic and offshore vendors and customers.
• Communicate regularly with the parent company and overseas partners, providing accurate updates to internal teams.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts and product lines (no cold calling or new client acquisition).
• Support the development and implementation of customer service strategies to maintain long-term relationships.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive parts industry (OEM experience preferred).
• Experience in quotation handling, supplier coordination, and price negotiation.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills.
• Japanese language skills are a plus but not required.
