Job Description

We are currently seeking a Japanese-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative at the major Airline/Hospitality/Hotel Company in San Francisco Bay Area.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Industry: Airline/Hospitality/Hotel

Location: San Francisco, CA/ San Mateo, CA

Languages: Fluency in Japanese and Business English

Pay: $37K-48K (Depending on your experience) + Excellent benefits

Status: Full time

Duties

  • Manage operation to provide quality service to the customers.
  • Coordinate necessary tasks such as creates and handling VIP room for customers.
  • Make sure that all the operation and stuffs performances are smooth and handling well.
  • Communicate with clients and give service if necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Experiences of service handling is plus.
  • Must be able to work on weekend and holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
