Responsibilities
- Provides all aspects of support to both internal and external customers as their request by e-mail or phone.
- Entering sales data and customer data into the company database and creating purchase orders.
- Supports the Sales team, CSR team, liaison with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- English/Japanese, English/Chinese or English/Korean language skill is preferred
- AA degree or related field experience
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication Skills
