Responsibilities
- Organize & direct the church jurisdiction, oversee spiritual work, & organize main services & events. Conduct main services in Spanish & perform ceremonies to include: Water Baptism, Funeral & Vigil, & Marriage. Coordinate with other Bishops on the operations of the church. Determine when a religious worker is qualified to be promoted to the next hierarchical position. Attend conferences with other Bishops to enunciate, formulate & implement church policies and reach objectives. Make home & site visits to provide spiritual counseling to needy parishioners.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish required. Two years experience as a bishop performing duties of the position required.
