Sales and Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and develop business operations in assigned international markets, with a primary focus on distributor management, sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Responsible for developing and supporting country-level business plans, analyzing sales, expenses, profitability, market trends, and business opportunities, as well as preparing sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to support business decisions.
• Support customer and distributor relationships and requires knowledge of international trade, import/export processes, and
• logistics.
• This position requires international travel approximately once every two months, typically for about one week at a time, including distributor visits, customer meetings, market visits, and industry events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business analysis, sales operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately one week every two months.
• Spanish language preferred but not required.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Working knowledge using sales data analytics.
• Ability to manage and analyze sales, expenses, and profitability, and to identify
• opportunities to improve overall business performance.
• Knowledge of international trade and import/export processes preferred.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
