Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Rep - Brentwood, TN

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications to assist customers with order status, changes, or cancellations.
• Perform data entry tasks including customer orders, purchase orders to vendors, shipping instructions to warehouses, inventory control, customer invoices, and vendor invoices.
• Organize, prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently while managing time effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail, and proficiency in computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time.
