Japanese Bilingual Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales budgets and forecasts, and follow up on performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Conduct field sales and service activities with engineer market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Manage and supervise a sales assistant to accomplish daily sales tasks
• Communication to strengthen relationships and increase business with customers
• Communication with Customers and internal stakeholders
• Work with technical team to arrange on-site visits

Qualifications

• Native English speaker with business-level Japanese proficiency
• Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred, but candidates from other industries will also be considered if they have a solid technical foundation
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience
