Japanese Bilingual People Operations & Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for leading the Company's full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition efforts and for designing, coordinating, and delivering employee training and development programs, in support of both the US and overseas branch offices.
• Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening resumes,
• coordinating and conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop accurate job descriptions, and define candidate requirements.
• Builds and maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through staffing agencies and employee referrals.
• Designs, coordinates, and delivers new-employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Partners with department managers to assess training needs and develop an annual training and development plan.
• Coordinate immigration-related matters and documentation for international employees and work

• Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or training and development.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or ATD certification preferred but not required.
