Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations and administrative functions.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Assist expatriate employees with relocation and settlement-related matters.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
  • Maintain office records, files, and internal documentation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the local office, headquarters, and external service providers.
  • Support HR-related administrative activities and employee communications.
  • Handle general office duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration, general affairs, accounting support, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Japanese skill is a big plus.
