Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries
• Obtain forecast or purchase order from customer and enter into the ERP system
• Send contracts to suppliers
• Receive inventory into accounting system
• Create payment vouchers related to material and logistics costs and confirm costs are appropriate

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred but not necessary
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
• Excellent Communication and Problem Solving Skills
• Attention to Detail
