Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets, KPIs, and company objectives.
  • Support major distributors to achieve sales plans
  • Handle technical presentations, product details, and designs
  • Build strong, long-term customer partnerships through regular visits and communication.
  • Collaborate with engineering, technical support, manufacturing, distributors, and supply chain teams.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities; share insights with management.
  • Drive annual business planning discussions, performance sales reviews. Including product presentations
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, report, and maintain internal systems.
  • Handle compliance with pricing policy
  • Support international sales efforts in coordination with global teams.
  • Promote new products through presentations, training, and customer events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 5–7 years of sales experience.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and distributor business objectives
  • Interest or background in electronics/engineering or OEM background
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
  • Knowledge of project management and international business.
  • Japanese language skills (spoken, reading, writing) are a plus but not required.
