Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets, KPIs, and company objectives.
- Support major distributors to achieve sales plans
- Handle technical presentations, product details, and designs
- Build strong, long-term customer partnerships through regular visits and communication.
- Collaborate with engineering, technical support, manufacturing, distributors, and supply chain teams.
- Track market trends and competitor activities; share insights with management.
- Drive annual business planning discussions, performance sales reviews. Including product presentations
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, report, and maintain internal systems.
- Handle compliance with pricing policy
- Support international sales efforts in coordination with global teams.
- Promote new products through presentations, training, and customer events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, plus 5–7 years of sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and distributor business objectives
- Interest or background in electronics/engineering or OEM background
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for customer visits.
- Knowledge of project management and international business.
- Japanese language skills (spoken, reading, writing) are a plus but not required.
