Responsibilities
- Supports the Division Manager in daily operations to achieve division goals and ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Leads quality assurance activities across projects to ensure deliverables meet required standards.
- Monitors and reports project progress using WBS, issue logs, and structured tracking methods.
- Manages and delivers infrastructure projects including On-Premise server migration to cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure.
- Leads implementation projects for SD-WAN and SASE network architectures.
- Manages identity and access systems including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Intune.
- Maintains and supports cloud-based enterprise infrastructure services, including Microsoft Azure and SASE environments, ensuring stability and performance.
- Continuously improves operational efficiency and sustainability of IT processes, systems, and infrastructure designs.
- Oversees system engineering and operations including data center environments, enterprise servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, file/print), and security systems, ensuring compliance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience in system design, implementation, and infrastructure management
- Strong project management skills (planning, execution, documentation, reporting; PMI preferred)
- Background in systems planning, security, and problem-solving aligned with business goals
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and data center operations
- Experience with Windows Server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (clients, vendors, cross-functional teams)
- 7–10 years of Systems Engineering and Project Management experience (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and business level Japanese language skill required
