IT Security Administrator - El Monte CA

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts using SIEM, Microsoft security tools, and other monitoring platforms
• Perform triage, analysis, and containment of security incidents, escalating complex cases as needed
• Manage and support enterprise security tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, endpoint protection, and Microsoft Defender/M365 security platforms
• Oversee endpoint security and device compliance using tools such as Microsoft Intune and other MDM/MAM solutions
• Support vulnerability management, system patching, and remediation efforts to reduce risk exposure
• Enforce security policies and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., J-SOX)
• Maintain incident documentation, support audits, and provide security guidance across business units
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on security operations, infrastructure support, and ERP-related initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Business English level required, Bilingual in Japanese Preferred
• 1 year of cybersecurity required; 3-5 years of experience preferred
• Proficiency with operation systems ( Windows, macOS Linus)
• Knowledge of firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management, and endpoint security tools
• Strong understanding of security policy implementation and enforcement
