Japanese Bilingual Sales and Operation - Georgetown KY

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, prepare quotes
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms
• Collaborate with logistics providers, warehouse teams, and internal sales staff to ensure efficient shipment execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to management
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports while maintaining data integrity within internal systems
• Build and develop a high-performing, profitable freight brokerage operation with a long-term goal of advancing into a leadership role.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including regular business reviews and relationship management
• Contribute to corporate strategy development and annual budgeting processes, including cost control and year-end performance analysis
• Review, track, and analyze operating costs and expenditures to ensure accuracy and alignment with budget targets

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operation experience, supply chain or logistic industry preferred
• Highschool diploma required
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Bilingual ability with Japanese and English (both read/write/speak)
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
