Export Agent - Dallas TX

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export bookings, pickups, and shipments
• Prepare export documentation and ensure accurate AES filings
• Communicate with customers and carriers regarding shipment status
• Resolve shipment issues such as delays or space shortages
• Ensure compliance with export regulations (TSA, DOT, FMC, C-TPAT)
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for cargo handling and shipment preparation

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in freight forwarding export operations
• Knowledge of air or ocean export documentation
• Ability to multi task and efficiently complete job duties
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excel experience
