Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Support senior account managers in managing major retail customers.
• Assist with customer presentations, line reviews, planograms, and product launches.
• Help execute retail promotions, merchandising programs, and new item introductions.
• Participate in store walks and field visits to evaluate shelf placement, pricing, distribution, and promotional compliance.
• Analyze sales data utilizing a variety of platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, POS data) to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and customer-ready presentations.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, volume, distribution, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
• Support forecasting, demand planning, and sales planning activities.
• Work closely with Marketing, Category Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Support cross-functional initiatives tied to brand growth, innovation launches, and retail execution.
• Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across CRM, POS, and sales reporting systems.
• Traveling is a Must 20-30%. Travel only in USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of sales role experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Cosmetic products
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
• Working knowledge using Nielsen, POS data, and other retail analytics
• Familiarity with retail concepts such as planograms, distribution, pricing, and promotions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
