Japanese Bilingual Mechanical Engineer - Dallas TX

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between customers and Japan-based teams, ensuring clear communication of technical and operational needs
• Maintain and optimize installed equipment, including recommending and implementing improvements
• Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors, managing schedules, safety requirements, and costs
• Work closely with manufacturing, design, and procurement teams in Japan on equipment-related activities
• Provide on-site technical support, documentation, and compliance with applicable safety and industry standards

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills with clear written communication in reports and emails
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• Valid driver’s license
