Position: PT Assistant Office Administrator

Location: San Mateo, CA

Salary: $23-25/hr

Status: Direct hire/ Part-time

Work Style: Onsite

Working Hour: 15-20 hrs/ week

Responsibilities

  • Support to generate financial reports: Prepare essential financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain records such as financial records organized, up-to-date, and compliant with financial standards and regulations.
  • Aggregate the work schedule/ attendance data.
  • Other administrative tasks when requested.

Qualifications

  • Japanese fluency ( writing and speaking)
  • Experience in Bookkeeping/ Accounting is preferred.
  • Assist in preparing for financial reports is a big plus.
