Field Service Engineer- Taylor, TX

Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for company products
• Inspect, maintain and manages local service structure
• Troubleshoot, train and act as a liaison with customers
• Provide preventative or on-call maintenance to customer's equipment within a given area
• Will generally work on assigned machinery and assist on new products
• Install the machines by working together with movers and electricians. Report any quality issues to Field Service Manager

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in electrical or mechanical or similar
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team
• Must be flexible for ~2-3 months of overseas travel for training
• One year of related experience in an electrical engineering or mechanical engineering related role is a plus
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and on-call work as needed
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
