Financial Planning Manager - Itasca, IL

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting, including model development, variance analysis, and performance tracking
• Prepare financial reports and support monthly/quarterly close activities
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and IT to improve data accuracy and forecasting
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and executive reports for decision-making
• Analyze inventory, fixed assets, and reserves; ensure general ledger accuracy
• Support audits and maintain compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
• Present complex financial data through clear visualizations and presentations
• Streamline reporting through automation and process improvements
• Contribute to M&A due diligence, scenario modeling, and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS exposure a plus
• Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• CPA or MBA preferred
