Responsibilities
- Support customers by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams to provide timely responses and maintain positive relationships.
- Learn and navigate our ERP and CRM systems to ensure smooth daily operations
- Accurately operate the ERP system to prepare quotes, process orders, and manage data flow.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics, and colleagues to resolve routine order or delivery issues and to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and provide responsive, reliable service
