Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules for management and executive meetings
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of meeting materials (e.g., PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets)
  • Compile key management metrics (e.g., sales, costs, profits) and create related tables and graphs
  • Support the drafting of survey materials and reports
  • Assist with translation of documents between Japanese and English
  • Support project schedule and progress management
  • Liaise with other internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
  • Handle general administrative tasks for the Management Planning Department (e.g., invoice processing, travel arrangements, equipment management)
  • Support communication and coordination with external consultants and vendors
  • Assist in gathering industry trends and competitor information
  • Compile and analyze market data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, including strong reading and writing skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office support roles such as Executive Assistant, Inside Sales, or Marketing Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data aggregation and graph creation) and PowerPoint (document preparation)
