Responsibilities

  • Process and verify customer orders, acting as the primary point of contact for order and delivery issues, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve customer issues, support on-time delivery, and handle RMAs, credit/debit memos.
  • Manage vendor-managed inventory accounts by processing hub activities, maintaining inventory levels, and monitoring usage in coordination with customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor EDI and electronic orders, expedite deliveries through planning, and analyze customer forecasts to assist inventory planning and avoid delays.
  • Provide backup support for team members and perform other duties or projects as assigned to ensure full account coverage and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • AA degree and/or high school diploma
  • 3+ years in customer service and/or 2+ years in purchasing and material planning
  • Knowledge and experience of material planning, and inventory management
  • Understanding order management and sales concepts
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
