Field Service Engineer- Austin,TX

Responsibilities

• Provide support and maintenance for company products
• Inspect, maintain and manages local service structure
• Troubleshoot, train and act as a liaison with customers
• Provide preventative or on-call maintenance to customer's equipment within a given area.
• Will generally work on assigned machinery and assist on new products.
• Install the machines by working together with movers and electricians. Report any quality issues to Field Service Manager.

Qualifications

• Electrical or Mechanical engineering degree
• At least one year of related experience in an electrical engineering or mechanical engineering related role
• Technical product knowledge and ability to communicate professionally with customers and team
• Experience in installation, maintenance and sustaining capital equipment
• Ability to solve complex technical problems
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
• Japanese language skills are a plus
