Responsibilities

  • Job Description
  • -Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals
  • and objectives.
  • - Manage the entire procurement process from identifying needs, selecting suppliers,
  • and negotiating contracts to placing orders and managing delivery schedules.
  • -Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • - Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
  • -Identify opportunities for cost savings and value improvement.
  • -Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • -Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet
  • demand without overstocking.

Qualifications

  • Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • -Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead
  • buyer role.
  • -Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • -Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • -Proficiency in procurement and forecasting software as well as Microsoft Office.
  • -Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
